Nagaland Governor RN Ravi has extended warm Bishu greetings to the members of the Kachari community and to the people of Nagaland. In his message, Ravi said that Bishu, a post-harvest festival, fosters love, reconciliation and courtesy. He said it was also a time when the rich spiritual and cultural practices were in full display and the Kacharis rejoice and seek blessings.
