Western Angami Public Organization (WAPO) while extending New Year greetings to the public servants under its jurisdiction has appealed to all the government servants to report back to work wherever applicable.
In a press release, WAPO vice president Rokovito Kitshu and general secretary Dzuviu Zhunyu congratulated each and every stakeholder for being in good health and meeting all the daily chores through the blessing of God despite the COVID 19 pandemic. WAPO also conveyed condolences to those families who have been hit by COVID-19 or other reason. It said that the pandemic has very much affected the thoughts of all mankind.
Despite all odds, WAPO said “we could come this far” through the commitment and dedication of undisputable service of public servants operating in the area.
At these challenging times, WAPO said that “more sacrifices to be render for the people demands from each and everyone serving in this locality.” Be it education, water, health, power, police/security, communications etc, WAPO hoped that every single day was dedicated to the people through quality service. WAPO cautioned that anybody found neglecting one’s obligations would not be taken well by the public watchdog.
