
Nagaland on Sunday reported four new COVID-19 positive cases in Kohima, taking the caseload to 12094.
Further, the distribution across various categories of people include 4671 cases from the armed forces/police, 1861 returnees, 4989 traced contacts and 573 frontline workers.
The State currently has 56 active cases, while 11,806 people have recovered from the infection and 144 patients migrated to other states. Out of 88 deaths, 78 people had succumbed to the infection.
PTI adds: With 13,052 new coronavirus cases, India’s COVID-19 tally has climbed to 1,07,46,183, while the number of people who have recuperated from the disease has surged to 1,04,23,125, according to the Union Health Ministry data updated on Sunday.
The national recovery rate has climbed to 96.99 per cent. The death toll increased to 1,54,274 with 127 new fatalities, the data updated at 8 am showed.
