With a view to avoid shortage of fuel in Kohima district, the deputy commissioner (DC) Kohima, Gregory Thejawelie, has directed the petrol pumps to fill petrol and diesel directly in the vehicles and not for any extra gallons, jerry cans, etc.
The order stated that no fuel to be issued in bulk without written permission from the office of the DC Kohima.
