PCCI directives to traders

Phek Chamber of Commerce and Industries (PCCI) has resolved that business establishments will not be allowed to run “extra business” unless applied for new permit under different categories from PCCI. 

The decision was unanimously adopted at the general session held on February 13 at Christian Higher Secondary School Auditorium Phek, PCCI stated in a press statement.
It was also decided that as per the norms of ACAUT, no illegal taxation will be allowed to be practiced under the jurisdiction of PCCI. 
During the session, former president of PCCI, Kevese Lasuh shared the words of encouragement. 
The session was chaired by PCCI assistant general secretary, Vethikholu Kezo and women co-ordinator, Keduneipe-u Lasuhgrace. The report was laid by general secretary, Chetezo Akami and treasure report for the last tenure was presented by Vezobayi Keyho.
Meanwhile, the induction of new office bearers was also held by the nominating committee headed by Zachive Rhakho as convenor where Chetezo Akami was inducted and appoint as the president of PCCI for the tenure 2021- 2022. The committee also inducted new executives for different post for the same. The session was followed by mass feast following the protocol of Covid 19 guidelines.
