
Managing Director, Naga Hospital Authority Kohima (NHAK), Dr. Thorsie Katiry along with other 77 Health Care Workers (HCWs) received the second dose of COVID vaccine at NHAK on February 14.
According to DIPR report, 11 more HCWs also received the first dose of COVID vaccine on the same day at NHAK taking the total to 1,298 HCWs and 1255 Front Line Workers vaccinated in 47 session sites till date.
District Immunization Officer Kohima Dr. Rupert Peseyie informed that on February 15, vaccination will be carried out at IGAR HQ, 14 AR Tsiesema, 78 BN CRPF Sechü, 93 BN BSF Chedema, Jakhama army camp, Seikhazou UPHC and 4th NAP Thizama.
Sensitization programme on COVID vaccine for all police units will be held at SP’s Conference Hall Kohima on February 17 and Chiephobozou block February 16.
Meanwhile, in Tuensang, the second dose vaccination drive against COVID-19 for the health care workers was conducted at District hospital Tuensang on February 14.
On the first day, 45 health care workers were administered the second dose vaccination on Covid-19.
This was stated in a press release issued by DMO Tuensang, Apheang.
