Public Service Aspirants of Nagaland (PSAN) has urged the state government to fast-track the implementation Nagaland Staff Selection Board (NSSB) by resolving all the issues through collective wisdom at the earliest and comply with the genuine plea of thousands of educated youth of Nagaland.
While appreciating the state government under chief minister Neiphiu Rio for setting up the NSSB, to encourage meritocracy in the recruitment process of all the group C posts and to select deserving candidates, PASN was however apprehensive that many aspirants will not taste the fruits of it on account of becoming overage due to the delay in its timely implementation.
In this regard, PSAN sought early implementation of NSSB and said that NSSB could be the gift of the PDA government as an indelible ink of legacy for the younger generations which could also resolve the unemployment crisis in Nagaland which has reached its zenith.
