Chümoukedima Hindu Society (CHS) in collaboration with Chümoukedima Hindu Yuva Nagaland (CHYN) organised a programme to honour the martyrs of February 14, 2019, Pulwama attack at CHS office premises on February 14, 2021.
A joint press release by CHS and CHYN stated that, president CHS, Krishan Sharma while remembering the sacrifices of the brave soldiers shared a brief introduction on the programme whereas, working president of CHS, Pintu M Ghosh spoke on the sacrifices made by the brave jawans and also stressed on the military strength of the country.
Earlier, the public observed a one-minute silent prayer and shradhanjali was offered to the brave martyrs by paying florals and lighting candles.
The programme was chaired by general secretary of CHS, Prakash Chetri and vote of thanks was delivered by president of CHYN, Raj Kumar Das.
