Jungle fires contained in several places

Fire and emergency services personnel contained jungle fires that broke out in different locations of Kohima, Dimapur and Noklak on March 1, but no casualties were reported.

Noklak: A detached team from fire station, Tuensang stationed at Noklak proceeded to control the fire near KBCA Komking, Noklak.
According to RO (E) (F&ES), Kenny Khing, fire personnel with fire tenders and equipments were pressed into action. 
Due to timely information and response, the jungle fire was controlled and prevented from spreading.
It took fire team 1 hour and 30 minutes to combat the fire. Cause of fire could not be ascertained.
The response team was led by duty commander ASI Mziegwangteing.
Dimapur: Fire & emergency services team from fire station Chümoukedima with fire tenders and equipments pressed into action to control the jungle fire at School of Agricultural Science and Rural Development (SASRD), Nagaland University, Medziphema, Dimapur.
Plantation and crops were destroyed in the inferno.
Cause of fire could not be ascertained.
Due to timely information and response, fire was controlled and prevented from spreading further. It took fire team 3 hours to combat the fire. The response team was led by duty commander SI, Kenyuyhun Kent.
Kohima: In another jungle fire incident at Meriema village, Below New High Court, Kohima, fire & emergency services team from fire station Kohima (North) proceeded to control the fire with tenders and equipments.
Due to timely information and response, fire was controlled and prevented from spreading. Cause of fire could not be ascertained. 
It took fire team almost 2 hours to combat the fire.
The response team was led by duty commander SI, Inaka.
