Kaito Aye inaugurates approach road at Mishilimi

Minister for agriculture & cooperation, G. Kaito Aye inaugurated the approach road from Ampho Zhukhi to Phitoqa at Mishilimi village on March 3, 2021. The inaugural programme was held the local ground, Mishilimi 

According to DIPR report, during the inaugural programme, the minister called upon the people of Aphuyemi to be real pioneers of Sumi and to maintain unity to bring development in their area.

Seeing the sub-division progressing in the field of agriculture, the minister urged upon them to work hard to bring more opportunities and expand the agri projects in the area.

He also promised to fulfill the need of the Mishilimi in the field of economic development and to look into the matter regarding the memorandum in construction of agri link road from Mishilimi to Kipegha measuring about 5 km towards Rengma area at the earliest, which was submitted by the Mishilimi village council.

Aye also informed the gathering that he would be a part of the 100 years centenary jubilee of Mishilimi village.

Meanwhile, rtd. principal director for health and family welfare, Dr. Sukhato A Semain in his short speech said agri-link road from Mishilimi to Tsemenyu would help uplift social and economic development of the people. 

Earlier, women cultural troupe and men cultural troupe performed at the cultural show while welcome address was delivered by VC Chairman, Khulu Wotsa.
