Kiphire Battalion of Assam Rifles under the aegis of IGAR (North) organised a yoga session as part of “Fit India Movement” at Battalion headquarter Kiphire, Nagaland on March 1.
According to PRO HQ IGAR (N), the participants were briefed on the importance of yoga including physical activities to daily routine.
The yoga session was attended by 35 local youth and troops of Assam Rifles.
