United Sangtam Students’ conference (USSC) held its 73rd handing and taking over programme on March 2 at FIC Angangba village Tuensang.
During the programme, short speech on-behalf of the outgoing office bearers was delivered by executive chairman Thronglichum and general secretary Selicho T. Thonger.
Outgoing Executive Chairman added that the time, efforts and wealth spent by each individual towards the conference was not wasted but was rather an investment.
Selicho T Thonger shared how working with his esteemed colleagues was a blessing for him. He also stated that he had served the conference with full satisfaction. Speech on-behalf of the newly inducted was also delivered by newly inducted executive secretary, Rangkhamong.
Newly inducted officers were Lumpili Sangtam as general secretary, Tiakaba Sangtam as assistant general secretary. While, in executive Board, K. Rongthrongkyu Sangtam was elected as executive chairman and Rangkhamong as executive secretary.
Earlier, USSC president, Samuel B Sangtam delivered welcome address, Ponchili for led the programme, Thsadongse pronounced invocation while vote of thanks was delivered by K . Rothrongkyu Sangtam.
