Jr CYE Christian Revival Church Merhülietsa Kohima observed its 18th foundation Day on March 7, under the theme “Worshipping in truth and spirit” John 4:24 with Koinonia prayer centre evangelist Neilhou Sopfünuo as speaker.
In a press release from Jr CYE CRC Merhülietsa stated that focussing on the theme, the speaker stated that as long as we are tied to sin and without repentance, we can never worship God in spirit and in truth and without a pure heart, true worship can never be done. ‘Once true worship is learnt, the people will become the salt and light of the world and they will excel in prayers, giving and loving” he said.
The morning service was led by Ketholeno Medoze and pianist Mhalo Yano with Cantor Vilavonuo Keditsu.
The scripture was read by Vimesanu Tase and Vithol Kintso shared his yearlong experience of blessing with the fellowship. Special praises were presented by Loni Tegitamoe, male voice by Chathavilhou Kuotsu i/c and Jr CYE Choir.
