C Sashi Naga elected as ENPO president

Eastern Nagaland Peoples’ Organisation (ENPO) handing and taking over programme for the tenure, 2021 – 2023 was held on March 31 at Hotel Saramati Dimapur.

In a press release, its media cell stated that the new team of ENPO office bearers was elected during its 2021 general session held on February 25, 2021 at Tobu town. 

The new team is led by C Sashi Naga as president and Manlang Phom as general secretary along with 64 central executive council (CEC) members from the six tribes.

Other office bearers of ENPO included L Nyeiang Konyak, Pamo NS Lam, Z. Throngshe Yimchunger and W. Bendang Chang as vice presidents, Yansomong Yimchunger, L. Shellem Khiamniungan, Hongkam D Phom, W. Manwang Konyak, TS James Sangtam, Sipong Chang as secretaries along with PKF Tochu as treasurer (Dimapur), Dr. & Dr. Longai Phom as treasurer (Kohima), six advisors and eight other office bearers.  The handing and taking over programme would be held within a month time.
