Various organisations, individuals and others convey condolence messages

Chakhesang Public Organisation (CPO) has expressed sadness over the sudden demise of late Vetsürayi Tetseo, vice president, Chakhesang Youth Front (CYF) who passed away on May 29 at Pfutsero Town. 

In a condolence message, CPO said in Tetseo’s demise the community has lost a bright and upcoming leader who was truly a dedicated person and command in handling various issues. 

Further, CPO hoped that the Almighty God would grant solace and comfort to the bereaved family members and prayed for the soul to rest in eternal peace with the Lord.

Neiba Kronu: Minister for planning and co-ordination, land revenue and parliamentary affairs, Neiba Kronu has expressed shock at the demise oflate Vetsürayi Tetseo, vice president, Chakhesang Youth Front (CYF).

In a condolence message, Kronu described late Tetseo as an honest, humble and dedicated leader who rendered his service for the welfare of the community in various capacities. In his demise, Kronu said the community has lost a good leader who always worked for the upliftment of the society. 

Further, Kronu prayed that God would grant peace and consolation to the bereaved family members in their hour of grief and the departed to rest in peace.

In a separate condolence message, Kronu has also mourned the demise of late Vekropa Chotso, retired additional secretary who passed away on May 28. Kronu said late Chotso was an understanding, humble and honest person who served the finance department till his service tenure.

Further, Kronu has conveyed condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.

TVC: Thipuzumi Village Council (TVC) has mourned the sudden demise of Vetsurayi Tetseo, vice president Chakhesang Youth Front (CYF).

In a condolence message, TVC described late Vetsurayi as an upright person and a young dynamic visionary leader. In his demise, TVC said the village in particular and Chakhesang community in general has lost a promising leader.

Further, TVC has conveyed condolence to the bereaved family members and prayed for the departed soul to rest in eternal peace.

PDSA: Phek District Sports Association (PDSA) said it was deeply saddened by the sudden demise of late Vetsurayi Tetseo. In a condolence message, PDSA described late Teseo said a sincere and a dedicated leader who gave his best for the society in various capacities. In his demise, PDSA said the community has lost a tall leader. Further, PDSA has prayed that the Almighty grant solace to the bereaved family.

YAA: Yimchungrü Akherü Arihako (YAA) has expressed shock at the untimely demise of late K.K. Vicky, former vice president YAA on May 30 in Kohima.

In a condolence message, YAA said late Vicky served the YAA office as vice president during 1997-2000 with utmost devotion and that his contributions and achievements during tenure shall always be honoured and remembered. In his death, YAA said it has lost an ardent guardian.

Further, YAA has conveyed deepest condolences to the bereaved family and prayed that Almighty God would give them the strength to withstand the irreparable loss. YAA also prayed that the departed soul would find rest in God’s grace. 

NPF minority wing: Naga People’s Front (NPF) minority wing (central) has mourned the sudden demise of professor Jagadish Chandra Das, retired principal Sd Jain College and retired vice principal of Kohima Science College on May 29 at his Sodepur, West Bengal residence, at the age of 78 years. 

In a condolence message, NPF minority wing said late J C Das was an intellectual, an educationist and dedicated administrator during his service life.

The minority wing has conveyed condolences to the bereaved family members and prayed that God would give them courage and strength to bear the grievous loss. It prayed for the departed soul to rest in peace.
