NSRLM Zbto conducts BLT training

Nagaland State Rural Livelihoods Mission (NSRLM) under Zunheboto district conducted Block Level Trainers Training (BLT) from December 13-15 at Block Mission Management Unit (BMMU) office, Satakha resource block.
Resource persons for the training were S.Kanitoli Chishi (Livelihoods), Shihani Tsuipu (IB/CB), Jafet Simi (SM), S. Kitoho Simi (FI) and VikaYeptho (Gender).
The main objective was to train and equip the selected BLTs so that they will become trainers and resource person in the block level.
25 persons have been identified as Block Level Trainers (BLTs). 
The trainees were divided into five groups as per the five thematic areas, livelihoods, Institution Building/Capacity Building (IB/CB), Social Mobilization (SM), Financial Inclusion (FI), Gender and were trained in their respective thematic topics. 
The inaugural session was chaired by block program manager Satakha block, Tolika Sema while keynote address and objective of the training was delivered by ADPM NSRLM Zunheboto, VikaYeptho.
