Sand Stockists’ and Suppliers’ Union, Chümoukedima (SSSUC) has prohibited mixing of Assam sand with local sand and sale of sand through unfair means of measurement.
SSSUC president Khriesavilie Yhoshü and secretary Mhasiletuo said that cash memos with names of shops should be presented by sand mahal owners at all times, besides restricting all business activities on Sundays.
With regard to any taxation demand, donation or sales that were totally prohibited, SSSUC urged its member to inform the union an also individuals to contact its office for any grievances.
