Project Director & District Mission manager, DRDA Dimapur, Kethosituo Sekhose inaugurated the Likhuphu Village Level Organisation (VLO) office under RD block Aghunaqa, Ghoshito village on September 2.
In his inaugural speech, Sekhose congratulated the team for successfully forming VLO in their village and encouraged the women folk to come together and work towards uplifting the society and community.
He also encouraged them to utilize the resources available at their village and generate income activities within their household.
Deputy Project Officer, DRDA Dimapur, Narola Imkong also congratulated VLO for successfully achieving a milestone.
Additional District Program Manager Dimapur (DMMU), M Yimok Phom highlighted the activities of NSRLM while, Block Program Manager (BMMU) Limawati Aier briefed the activities of SHG at the block.
The programme was attended by officials of DMMU Dimapur, BMMU Aghunaqa, village council members, SHG and VLO members.
