Rectify WC employees’ details: ANPWDFWA

All Nagaland PWD Field Workers’ Association (ANPWDFWA) has appealed for rectification of details of  work-charged employees  which had been “wrongly uploaded” in the Personal Information Management System (PIMS) database.

ANPWDFWA made this appeal in  a representation to the engineer-in-chief NPWD through its president K Atovi Awomi and general secretary Zubemo Ngullie. They said that ANPWDFWA discussed about rectification of those genuine work-charged employees under NPWD since last year till date  “who were not tallying to the PIMS with Aadhaar Number” at its general meeting held at LCS conference hall Kohima on September 9.  ANPWDFWA said most of the genuine work-charged employees, both scale and fixed, had been placed into ‘B’ ‘C’ & ‘D’ categories and would again be verified by the verification committee.

In this regard, ANPWDFWA  cautioned that the department would be solely responsible if the verification committee left out/terminated to those genuine employees after the physical verification.

Further, it appealed to the government and department to give equal treatment to work-charged employees like others regular employees holding similar post and performing similar duties.
