Sumi Kukami Hoho (SKH) has welcomed the proposal of the Niuland Sub-Division Planning and Development Board and Dimapur District Planning and Development Board for upgrading Niuland ADC subdivision to a full-fledged district.
In a statement, SKH president, H. KashitoYepthomi and general secretary, Hetoho S. Zhimomi appealed to all the Nagas to extend their support and cooperation, while appealing to the state government to grant the status as recommended by two planning boards.
Further, SKH urged the cabinet and legislators to extend their cooperation and accept the proposal at the earliest.
