In an effort to avoid disruption and facilitate stable power supply, the department of Power Nagaland (DoPN) transmission division has released the jungle clearance and maintenance programme of 132kV, 66kV and 33kV lines scheduled to take place between October 1 and November 21 from 8am to 3pm.
In a press release, the executive engineer transmission division informed that the department would try to minimize the total shutdown, but there would be intermittent disruption of power supply in some pockets during the activity.
