Nagaland on Wednesday recorded 24 fresh Covid-19 positive cases while one more patient succumbed to the infection.
Of the fresh cases, 13 were from Dimapur, four in Peren, three in Mokokchung, two in Kohima and one each in Kiphire and Phek, taking the total caseload to 31219.
With one more patient succumbing to the infection in Dimapur, the death toll rose to 665 (including 15 non-Covid deaths).
PTI: The daily rise in coronavirus infections remained below 20,000 for the second consecutive day with 18,870 fresh cases recorded in a single day, while the death toll climbed to 4,47,751 with 378 fresh fatalities, according to the data updated at 8 a.m.
