Nagaland on Friday recorded 21 fresh Covid-19 positive cases while one more patient succumbed to the virus.
Of the fresh cases, nine were from Dimapur, four in Kohima, three in Mokokchung, two each in Phek and Wokha and one in Longleng, taking the total caseload to 31265.
Further, one more patient passed away in Mokokchung, pushing the death toll to 666 (including 15 non-Covid deaths).
PTI: India logged 26,727 new coronavirus infections taking the total tally of COVID-19 cases to 3,37,66,707, while the active cases declined to 2,75,224, the lowest in 196 days, according to the Union Health Ministry data updated on Friday. The death toll climbed to 4,48,339 with 277 fresh fatalities, according to the data updated at 8 am.
