Seminar on capacity building held

Salesian College of Higher Education organised a webinar/seminar on the theme “capacity building and personality development”, on November 20 for female students of the college coordinated by women’s grievance cell. 

A press release from the college informed that resource persons professor Dr. Rosemary of department of English, NU Meriema Campus Kohima spoke on the theme “personal capacity building”, while district coordinator, district level center for women, Mahila Shakti Kendra, Dimapur, Dhonthaidi Langthasa spoke on “professional career skills” and media coordinator, Bosco College of Teacher Education, Dimapur, Fr. Jonas Kerketta, on “digital literacy and effective use of social media”. 

The programme was chaired by assistant professor, Kevirienuo Angela and concluding remarks was delivered by assistant professor, Shikani S. Aye. 

The release informed that the programme was sponsored by national commission for women, government of India.
