Welcome ceremony for first batch ANM held at ICH Mokokchung

Impur Christian Hospital (ICH) held a welcome ceremony for the first batch of students of the Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM) on December 8. 

A press release from Ao Baptist Arogo Mungdang (ABAM) informed that during the programme, chairman board of trustees ICH Impur, Dr. Sashimeren Aier said that all glory was given to God for this achievement.

He also acknowledged the government for issuing a no objection certificate for running of the school. 

During his exhortation, ABAM church & mission secretary, Rev. L. Yapang Mollier encouraged the students to remember the three principles laid by Apostle Paul which was “to lay aside every weight, run with patience, and look unto Jesus the author and the finisher of our faith (Hebrews 12:1)”.

Meanwhile, ABAM executive secretary, Rev. Dr. Mar Pongener expressed gratitude to the board of trustees led by Dr. Sashimeren Aier who had worked without any sign of attrition to bringing the milestone into reality.

He ruminated on God’s bountiful blessings upon ICH since its inception and expressed appreciation to local churches, families and individuals for their prayers and contributions toward ICH.

The program ended with thanksgiving to God and asking His blessings upon ICH. Altogether, 20 students across the state are enrolled for the course.
