Additional DG, CRPF North East zone, Sanjeev Ranjan Ojha, head of North East India CRPF visited CRPF operational headquarters at Lerie hills, Kohima and battalion headquarters of 78 at Zubza on December 16 and 18.
In a press release, 173 BN CRPF informed that the ADG CRPF visited the headquarters for operational review and preparedness, and held discussion with various senior officers of the CRPF and the police.
Later, on December 19, he also visited 173Bn CRPF at Airfield Dimapur and reviewed the operational duties of the battalion and interacted with the officers.
During his visit, the ADG also addressed the people at “Sainik Sammelan” and impressed upon the jawans to take care of their health.
He concluded his official visit with a tree plantation drive at the 173 battalion headquarters.
