Stat govt effects rejig in justice & law deptt

State government has ordered the transfer and posting of public prosecutors, additional public prosecutors and assistant public prosecutors with immediate effect.

In a notification, principal secretary to the government of Nagaland, R. Ramakrishnan has informed that public prosecutor T. Marlemba has been transferred from Dimapur to Kohima; additional public prosecutor Temsunaro transferred from Wokha to Mon; additional public prosecutor A. Mhabemo from Peren to Wokha; additional public prosecutor Kenile Kent from Mokokchung to Tuensang; assistant public prosecutor Celine Asinuo from Mokokchung to Kohima; assistant public prosecutor Sashilemba Kichu from Dimapur to Kiphire; assistant public prosecutor Apong Thongliu from Dimapur to Mokokchung; assistant public prosecutor (C) Bendanginla from Zunheboto to Kohima; assistant public prosecutor Abraham from Kohima to Peren; assistant public prosecutor Zheviholi Swu from Peren to Phek; assistant public prosecutor (C) Vilika Chishi from GHC Kohima to Dimapur; assistant public prosecutor Thejalenuo Jane Solo from Phek to Dimapur; assistant public prosecutor Temjenwathy Imsong from Tuensang to Zunheboto and assistant public prosecutor Inzwak Hoirang from Tuensang to Longleng.

Further, principal secretary has informed that the handing and taking over-charge should be completed within January 10, 2022.
