Dimapur Khensa Senso Telongjem (DKST) celebrated its golden jubilee at Cornerstone Higher Secondary School on the theme, “Renkettsüng” (roughly translated as preparation), here, on Thursday.
Delivering the jubilee message as speaker, Senso missionary, Rev. C Teyong Kichu focussed on how one should seek God and lean on Him. He also stressed on leading a prayerful life.
The programme was chaired by executive members, Dimapur Khensa Shisashir Telongjem, Akangjungla Longchar and Aoneken Walling, and welcome address delivered by DKST chairman, Chubaangshi.
Jubilee greeting was delivered by jubilee planning board convenor, Sentimeren while jubilee book released by souvenir committee golden jubilee convenor, Rev Wati Kichu and vote of thanks was proposed by Tongpangsucha. Highlights of the programme included opening act by Khensa Fellowship Chümoukedima, folk song by Khun Temen Zünga and special number by Dimapur Khensa Sensotsür Telongjem and Temsüchiba Jamir.
