Zhavame Students Union (ZSU) 62nd General conference was held at Public Ampitheatre, Pame Ts¬udü, Zhavame on December 29.
In a press release, ZSU informed that medical officer, department of health & family welfare (H&FW), Dr. Ruokuovinuo Rachel Krocha stressed on the importance of having an inquisitive and curious mind.
Dr. Ruokuovinuo said that success could mean different things to different people, however, she pointed out that in order to be successful in life, one required the right education from an early age.
During the programme, invocation was said by St. Xavier’s Catholic Church, Zhavame, women chairperson, Shone Pohena, special song by Zhavame Students Union, meritorious award and debate on the topic “gender disparity in the role of decision making”, words of gratitude by Dalü Pohena and closing prayer by Zhavame Baptist Church, women pastor, Savine Shupao.
