Tokhu Emong Mini Hornbill Festival guidelines

Deputy Commissioner (DC) Wokha, Orenthung Lotha has informed that as per the discussion of the District Task Force (DTF) meeting for COVID-19 on November 2, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) directive and guidelines would be enforced in view of the Tokhu Emong Mini Hornbill Festival, 2021 scheduled to be held from November 4-7.

DC has informed that: the organising committee should strictly ensure that all COVID-19 protocols are followed; should make adequate space for the arrangement of physical distancing of at least one metre distance; take measures to avoid overcrowding at all cost; ensure compulsory use of face mask and use of hand sanitizers in all the stalls.

Surroundings of stalls must be sanitised daily as a strict health measures due to the ongoing pandemic, DC informed.
