Medziphema, Chozuba and Bhandari sub-divisions held departmental co-ordination meeting on Wednesday at respective sub-divisions.
Medziphema: Medziphema sub-division departmental co-ordination meeting was held at Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Office Medziphema.
At the meeting, SDO (Civil) Tokai V Sumi entrusted various work assignments to departments for the Republic Day celebration.
Imsongmeren also reminded the Heads of Offices in delivering their duties sincerely and coordinate for the successful celebration of the Republic Day.
Chozuba: Chozuba sub- division co-ordination meeting was held at Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) office Chozuba with ADC Theodore Yanthan as the chairperson.
The meeting deliberated on the upcoming 73rd Republic Day programme and new Covid-19 restrictions and SOPs issued by the government.
Bhandari: Bhandari sub-division held its departmental monthly coordination meeting at the conference hall of the Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Bhandari.
The meeting, chaired by SDO (Civil) Bhandari, Sulanthung Lotha, reviewed the activities of the Block Task Force (BTF) for Covid-19 and resolved to continuously render their service as frontline workers.
Lotha called on the medical department to be prepared with all available resources to effectively face any situation which may arise due to the current resurge of Covid-19.
He reminded the officers and staff to continue to remain in the station on regular basis to render their services to the public.
The house also discussed and resolved to hold the departmental sports week and had set up a five-member committee with EAC Bhandari as the convenor to further carry out the necessary measures.
The house also chalked up plans for the upcoming Republic Day celebration and assignments were delegated to the departments.
