Deputy chief minister and minister for Home and PWD (R&B), has congratulated four officers from the police department, the recipients of President’s Police Medal, President’s Medal and Correctional Service Medal and SP Noklak, Dr. Pritpal Kaur on receiving the Commendation Certificate by Intelligence Bureau, New Delhi on the occasion of 73rd Republic Day celebration.
Rothihu Tetseo, Commissioner of Police Dimapur received the President’s Police medal for Distinguished Service, Rankathung Vikram Ezung, AIGP (Ops) for President’s Medal for Meritorious Service and Dr. Oben Yanthan for Correctional Service Medal for Meritorious Service.
Patton also congratulated SP Noklak, Dr. Pritpal Kaur for the award for her professional competence displayed during difficult assignment in 2021.
The Dy CM stated that it was a proud moment for the Police department as four of its officers were given recognition for their outstanding service and extraordinary contributions towards the nation.
