National Domestic Workers Movement (NDWM) Nagaland region in collaboration with Assisi Centre for Integrated Development (ACID) commemorated “National Girl Child Day (NGCD)” Saturday at Assisi, Dimapur.
A press release by NDWM Nagaland region stated that the programme was held along with Child Right Movement (CRM) and members of domestic workers movement.
The importance of gender equality and equal treatment for both the genders was highlighted by Vanbeni Yanthan while Punam highlighted on the four classifications of Child Rights.
CRM animator Sr Geeta appreciated the CRM members for their commitment to the group and in others for the growth and development of each.
