Nagaland on Sunday recorded one fresh Covid-19 positive case from Mokokchung, taking the total caseload to 35402.
With no deaths being reported in the last 24 hours, the death toll remained unchanged at 755 (including 4 non-Covid deaths but with positivity).
With 10,273 people testing positive for Covid-19 in a day, India’s total tally of cases rose to 4,29,16,117, while the active cases further declined to 1,11,472 according to the Union Health Ministry data updated today.
The death count climbed to 5,13,724 with 243 daily fatalities, the data updated at 8 am stated.
With this, the country recorded its daily COVID-19 cases under one lakh for the 20th consecutive day.
