Nagaland Rural Bank (NRB) launches mobile ATM at Pughoboto

Commemorating its 39th foundation day and with the assistance of NABARD under Financial Inclusion Fund (FIF), Nagaland Rural Bank (NRB) has launched ATM Mobile Van services at Pughoboto Sub Division on Wednesday.
The ATM van was flagged off by Y Vikheho Swu MLA and general manager NABARD Dimapur Region, Tiakala inaugurated the ATM machine.
In the inaugural speech, chairman NRB VV Narayana described the day as a proud moment for NRB for launching a “doorstep service” to the public of Pughoboto Sub Division. He said that the bank has taken up with RBI for getting approval for launching of Mobile Banking Services. He further said that the bank will also launch its 2nd ATM Mobile Van services at Mokokchung in the month of June.
Vikheho in his speech, appreciated the good work executed by NRB to the people of Pughoboto Sub-Division and assured to assist in all means. He requested the public to support the bank in opening their accounts with NRB.
During her speech, Tiakala appreciated the initiatives taken by the present chairman NRB and assured the bank that NABARD will take care of their future needs.
