Nagaland State Rural Livelihood Mission (NSRLM) Chukitong block conducts Financial Inclusion Mela

Nagaland State Rural Livelihood Mission (NSRLM), Chukitong Block conducted a Financial Inclusion (FI) Mela for Self Help Groups (SHGs) at Likya community hall, here, on Tuesday.
During the programme, DMMU Wokha ADPM Samuel Kithan encouraged SHG members to avail the various income generating opportunities provided by NSRLM.
Chukitong ICDS project education teacher, Yingkai T. Konyak and Bank of Baroda Wokha branch manager W. Nahphoa also exhorted the participants.
The FI Mela also included an exhibition cum sale of local products including gooseberry paste, juice, ginger ale, candy and paste, local wine, etc., along with local handicrafts.
Earlier, during the short function chaired by BMMU Chukitong Block AC-Livelihoods, P. Lothunglo Ezung, MBK Khobeno said the invocation, BMMU Chukitong Block BPM Janthungbemo Ezung delivered welcome address while BMMU Chukitong block accountant, Helen Yanthan gave a presentation.
Later, BMMU Chukitong Block AC-FI, Chonbemo spoke on NSRLM and its activities, BMMU Chukitong Block AC-SISD, R. Nzanbeni proposed voted of thanks and Chukitong Block Zukhumki Federation vice president, Zuabeni Ezung said the benediction.
Altogether, 200 SHG members from various Village Level Organisations (VLOs) attended the FI Mela which included enrolment of participant members in PMJJY-PMSBY, AB-PMJAY and loan form filling up and loan sanctions from banks.
