Tseminyu DPDB discuss dev activities

Tseminyu District Planning and Development Board (DPDB) members discussed various developmental activities for the newly created district during monthly DPDB meeting on April 14 at the office chamber of Deputy Commissioner (DC) Tseminyu.
According to a DIPR report, the meeting held under the chairmanship of advisor, animal husbandry and women resources and chairman, DPDB Tseminyu, R. Khing discussed on up gradation of various departments office under Tseminyu district.
The meeting also proposed for master plan for Tseminyu district Headquarters and agreed to send the proposal to the government to acquire 250 acres to 500 acres of land.
The house also took up matter relating to creation of new administrative units and invitation of development activities under kasha jurisdiction. The members deliberated on introduction of science and commerce streams at Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS)Tseminyu.
Construction of office building for SDEO Tseminyu, establishment of District Education Officer (DEO) office and up gradation of deputy CVO office to Chief Veterinary Officer were also discussed. The house also discussed on establishment of Eklavya Model Residential School at Chunlikha under Article-275(1).
