State government has ordered the transfer of all assets and liabilities of the erstwhile Nagaland Industrial Raw Materials and Supply Corporation (NIRMSC) Ltd. to the Government of Nagaland in order to facilitate the final closure and striking off of NIRMSC from the Registrar of Companies, North East Region, Guwahati, Assam. This was stated that in a notification issued by the Industries & Commerce Department Nagaland.
