Kohima Lotha Student’s Union (KLSU) has extended full support to Lotha Students’ Union for raising the issue of imbalance in current NPSC system. Quoting RTI response, KLSU media cell said out of six candidates, who scored 400 marks and above in mains examination secured Class-I position after the viva except the Lotha candidate. Again out of the nine candidates who scored 390-399 marks in mains examination secured Class-I position except the three Lotha candidates. As the results of NPSC (CS) 2015 has brought to light the practice of alleged favouritism by NPSC members, the KLSU has appealed for free, fair and transparency mode of conduct in the system of NPSC.
