National Career Service Centre, ministry of Labour & Employment (DGE) Kohima, Regional Employment Exchange (MCC) Kohima and ITI Kohima jointly organised a job fair on June 7, at the directorate of Employment, Skill Development & Entrepreneurship building, ITI complex, High School Road, Kohima.
In a press release, sub-regional employment officer, National Career Service Centre for SC/ST, R.S. Siipuni Pou informed that companies including—SBI Life, LIC and Oriental Insurance were present at the fair.
Altogether, 450 job seekers attended the fair where four companies participated.
The release informed that 120 job seekers were shortlisted for second and third round interview and 66 notified vacancies and a number of unlimited vacancies were intervened by participating companies.
