Western Chakhesang youth leaders’ conclave

Western Chakhesang Baptist Church Council Youth Department (WCBCCYD), Western Chakhesang Youth Organisation (WCYO) and Western Chakhesang Students’ Union (WCSU) on June 25 jointly organised “Western Chakhesang Youth Leaders’ Conclave under the theme “Stronger Together” at WCBCC Mission Centre, 7th Mile Dimapur.
At the programme, resource person, commissioner of police (CP) Dimapur, Rothihu Tetseo emphasised on the present context and the qualities of leadership that one should possess in order to be a leader under various capacities.
Tetseo stressed on reasoning deficiency and lack of inquisitiveness from leaders, adding that “simplicity is not always the best policy”. He called on all the leaders to upgrade themselves and to cope with the changing world, to develop more understanding and to work “stronger together” in all fields.
Earlier, the programme was chaired by WCSU president, Nuvoto Lohe and invocation was offered by WCBCC chairman, Neizo Koza.
