State logs 7 cases of Covid, 1 death

Nagaland on Friday recorded seven fresh cases of COVID-19 taking the total caseload to 35,541 while one patient succumbed to the infection pushing the death toll to 762. According to health department’s daily bulletin, out of the seven cases, five cases were reported from Dimapur district and one each from Mokokchung and Peren districts. The death was reported from Dimapur.
Currently the state has 31 active COVID-19 cases and today’s sample positivity stands at 14.58%. Altogether, 33,255 people have recovered from the disease.
