Deputy commissioner (DC) Tuensang, Kumar Ramnikant, has informed that because of damage to Aoyung Bailey Bridge, km 18, along Tuensang-Mon road by a massive landslide on July 25, all road communication has been temporarily blocked.
DC has advised all vehicles to take alternative routes in the intervening period as the restoration work was underway. DC informed that repairing of Sangchen-Longphang road was in progress to make the road pliable for light motor vehicles.
