Nagaland on Friday recorded 14 fresh Covid-19 positive cases while no deaths were reported during the day. Kohima reported six cases, three in Mokokchung, two in Dimapur and one each in Longleng, Mon and Tuensang, taking the total caseload to 35,765.
The active cases rose to 102– 10 admitted to Covid hospitals and 92 under home isolation. The death toll remained unchanged at 769 (including 5 non-Covid deaths but with positivity).
India logged 20,409 new Covid-19 cases on Friday pushing the total tally to 4,39,79,730, while the death toll climbed to 5,26,258 with 32 new fatalities.
