All India Marwari Yuva Manch (AIMYM)-Dimapur Shikhar Branch’s 7th project “cancer screening camp” at Jain Bhawan, Jain Temple Road, Dimapur on August 1.
In a press release, AIMYM-Dimapur Shikhar branch PRO, Bikash Jain informed that the camp provided free screening to 100 patients on day one while 130 patients were screened on day two.
The camp ended with a felicitation programme of all the doctors and nurses who assisted and conducted the camp.
The programme was inaugurated by Sanjay Chabbra, Mantu Chabra and family in memory of late Subhkaran Ji chabbra and Paro Devi Chabbra.
Meanwhile, the manch also organised its 8th project after the camp by felicitating all the meritorious students of Marwari samaj who scored 90 and above percentage in the HSLC and HSSLC examinations.
Altogether, 42 students of from the Marwari community were felicitated.
