Dimapur police have reiterated that post-March 5, 2015 incident at Clock Tower Dimapur, the district administration had issued a standing order prohibiting public gatherings/functions and sticking of hoardings or banners at Clock Tower. Commissioner of Police Dimapur, R. Tetseo, stated that the order still stands and reiterated that public must strictly adhere to the standing order as criminal case was still in progress and warned defaulters of action.
