Nungshiba’s trg program on basic doll making concludes

Training programme for a period of 45 days in Nungshiba doll making which had commenced on July concluded in August at the Integrated Development-cum-Resource Centre, Purana Bazaar, Dimapur on August 29. Naga fashion designer, Bambi Kevichusa congratulated the successful trainees and spoke about the importance of skill and how one could make a living out of it. She encouraged the trainees to strive ahead and keep working hard. Head handicrafts designer, Babita Meitei also congratulated all the trainees for having worked hard and completing the course. Speaking on behalf of the trainees Nchumbeni Humtsoe also thanked all the trainers and also Bambi for inspiring all of them with her words and presence.
Altogether ten candidates were felicitated during the programme. Nungshiba basic doll making training has been supported by the Women Resource Development Department, Nagaland.
