The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has predicted fairly widespread rainfall over North Eastern states including Nagaland during the next few days.
According to IMD, moderate rain is very likely to occur at many places over Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram and & Tripura and light rain very likely to occur at isolated places over Arunachal Pradesh during the next few days.
It also predicted thunderstorm with lightening very likely to occur at isolated places over Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram & Tripura between August 22-23.
