Union Minister of Finance and Corporate Affairs, Nirmala Sitharaman, will be arriving Nagaland on Monday to inaugurate the Nagaland Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & Investment Conclave 2022 in Kohima.
Sitharaman will inaugurate the conclave at the NBCC Convention Centre at 4 p.m. and addressing the gathering.
On August 23, the minister is scheduled to visit Mon and dedicate the Axis Bank branch along with virtual dedication of three Axis Bank branches in Assam and one in Meghalaya. She will also attend the Banker’s conclave and credit outreach programme at Capital Cultural Hall, Kohima. The minister will also launch various projects and schemes.
During her visit to Dimapur on August 24, Sitharaman will hold a closed-door meeting with Nagaland Business Community at Rhododendron Hall, Police complex and later interact with the media and also to visit the Heirloom Naga, Sovima.
The minister will also inaugurate a Dialysis Centre at District Hospital Dimapur, a CSR initiative.
Conclave to be live streamed
The state government has informed that the inaugural programme of the Nagaland CSR & Investment Conclave 2022, scheduled to be held at NBCC Convention Center, Kohima on August 22, will be streamed live on the official DIPR YouTube channel.
