Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) minority morcha, Dimapur district conducted a tour program with Ghaspani I & II Mandal at TL Angami Park on August 26, with state minority morcha, BJP, president Makibur Rahman as chief guest and CAMO, Nagaland Dr. Ajit Mech,(Retd.) as special invitee.
At the programme, chief guest highlighted the various schemes under ministry of minority affairs which were initiated by the government for the upliftment of the minority communities of the country.
He further urged the gathering to join and work with the party for a corruption free government and all round development.
Special invitee highlighted various social and medical schemes initiated by the BJP led government at the centre for the down trodden people.
The meeting was chaired by BJP minority morcha, Dimapur president Biplab Sangma, invocation prayer was pronounced by Believers Church, Ekrani Pathar pastor Hanshton K. Sangma, welcome address was delivered by BJP minority morcha, Dimapur general secretary, Richard Haolai.
